What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic Coaching uses body-centered practices to teach clients to sense & regulate their own physiology, guiding them back to resilience, equanimity, and a sense of agency.
This includes developing more internal and external resources, building trusting and co-regulatory relationships, learning to turn inward with compassion, being invited to connect more deeply with the body, and being given time and space to process trauma.
Somatic coaching is a "bottom-up" approach—prioritizing embodied practice over cognitive reflection. Through the integration of body awareness, breath, movement, and touch—it facilitates transformative experiences and offers the opportunity to reshape limiting beliefs, and nurtures new behaviour patterns.

I will guide you to trust your inner voice, understand and harness the language of your body, and hold space for your insecure, wounded parts—so you can build an unshakable bond with yourself and become your most authentic and liberated self.

Intro Session
It all starts here, with a 30-minute introductory meeting. This gives us the opportunity to get to know each other—you will learn more about my coaching approach and I get to know your goals. I charge 30€ for the introductory meeting, paid in advance. If we both decide to work together, the amount will be deducted from the amount of your first session. Sessions take place online via Zoom, in English or German.

Commitment
There is no quick fix for integrating and embodying new thought and behaviour patterns. In my experience, profound work like this requires time, patience, and consistent practice. This is why I ask for a commitment of 6, 8, or 12 sessions—to allow the process to truly take root.
